Commission met today following their decision to charge Peterborough United FC
for an illegal approach to a player, following a complaint made by Ebbsfleet
United FC.
The
Commission decided that based on the evidence available, the case could not be
proved and no further action would be taken.
The
Club accepts the decision. Even though in this instance, our preferred outcome
was not achieved, the club will follow the same procedure should a similar
situation occur in the future.
